Work, work, work ... and new work..

I have been working my tail off lately, trying to save up some extra cash for this holiday trip we're taking...so very little time to post.

But I am so excited! I got a new writing gig...and this is for a really great stable company, where I could potentially end up being a managing editor in a couple of years. It took one heck of an application process and 2 nerve racking phone interviews, but I am in! and am now a contributing writer. I am considering this such a blessing because one of my client's contracts ends Dec. 1st and I was really worried if I'de be able to find new work in time, but then this company emailed me for an interview when I applied like months ago. I had given up on them...but now guess when my paid training starts? Dec. 1st! yay! I am really excited about the work, too...it's all stuff I like to write about.

Been really busy to with holiday stuff in general...got these great pics taken:







...and I got some professional headshots taken for my new and improved professional website that is still yet to be launched, but Im not unveiling those until I launch the site :-)

I have to go though...I just submitted a huge report (made $500 this weekend though!) and I am officially all written out.
